The Production Lines project involved collaboration across the Guildhall School of Music & Drama Electronic and Produced Music Department. I arranged samples produced by 5 other students into a composition for guitar, synthesizers and orchestra. I also added original field recordings and synthesizers.
It was my first time conducting an orchestra, which I found both challenging and inspiring. I explored extended string techniques by writing harmonics for intermittent glassy violin sounds.
